PCV Les Cole is a special education instructor for children with retarded mental development. Cole has developed a curriculum which incorporates recreational activities, learning and developing mechanical skills and arts and crafts. He also provides individual counseling to the families of these children so they can better understand and therefore help in adjustment to school and environments outside the home. Cole works in La Escuela de Educacion Especial in San Miguel, El Salvador.
