This photo was taken June 2013, in Rwanda, while visiting families throughout my community with our Community Health Workers, teaching families the importance of hand washing in preventing illnesses, and constructing a "tippy tap" (hand washing station) to be placed outside their latrines on the families compound. This little girl is showing us that she knows how to use her family's new Tippy Tap, and proper hand washing technique!
