This photo was taken June 2013, in Rwanda. Local Community Health Workers and the PCV have just finished constructing a Tippy Tap (hand washing station) and are now teaching the young child how to properly use the tippy tap and to use good hand washing techniques. The father of the child is also present in the photo, encouraging and supporting her as she practices using the their new Tippy Tap.
