Peace Corps Night at the Washington National's Park on August 24, 2016. Peace Corps Staff, Returned Volunteers and friends of Peace Corps, carried flags onto the field before the start of the game. Each flag represented a country that Peace Corps is currently, or previously has, served in. Peace Corps Director Carrie Hessler-Radelet attended the event and carried the Peace Corps flag. The ceremonial first pitch was thrown out by Olympic Gold Medalist Katie Ledecky.
