PCV Bonnie Punter, 24, of Jamaica, New York, teaches English at the Peace Corps Secretarial School in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. The school was set up t teach business courses in shorthand and typing as well as English. Bonnie is an intern with the Teacher Corps/Peace Corps program sponsored by the State University of New York at Buffalo. She did a year of graduate in Buffalo, teaching in the Lackawanna Public School system. At the end of her two years teaching in the Peace Corps she will receive her masters in education.
