PCV Deborah Reck, 23, of Terre Haute, Indiana is assigned to the Red Cross School for the Deaf in St. John's capital of Antigua. Debbie has classes five days a week and works mainly with the 3 to 6 year olds. She is a 1974 graduate of Augustana College with a double major in religion and special education (teaching blind, deaf and intellectually and developmentally disabled.
