PCV Peter, 24, of Fayetteville, NY, is a crafts advisor in St. Johns, Antigua. Working under the Ministry of Finance, Industry and Tourism, he is helping to develope ceramic skills and a budding crafts industry. His base of operations is the Arawak Crafts Center, which was set mainly to provide jobs. He has trained 4 people and plans to train at least two more before his tour is up in April 1976.
