PCV Mamie Davis, 67, of Daniels, West Virginia, is a community worker helping villagers in Antigua to raise their standards of living. She is presently working on the extension of a community center in the village. Here, she is helping a worker to stack concrete blocks that have been from a truck. Ms. Davis also drew the plans for the center.
