PCV Karol Bussabarger, a nurse, is supervisor of the home, which is run by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Shown visiting first an intellectually and developmentally disabled youngster, then an elderly lady, she supervises a staff of 5 staff nurses, 14 nursing assistants and 8 janitors who work around the clock. She has 17 yyears nursing experience, including five years immediately before Peace Corps at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Hoquiami, Washington
