PCV Margaret Schmidley of Janesville, Wisconsin visits with an elderly resident of the Issa Home. With the help of another PCV, Ms. Schmidley runs the home and cares for the handicapped and elderly residents. She's a 1976 landscape architecture graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Was originally assigned as a landscape architect to the Ministry of Housing, but found the assignment wasn't viable and came to work at the Issa home. In addition to her work at the home, she's assisting the Ministry of Agriculture in an experimental vegetable growing project.
