PCV Ronald Moeller, 57, of Huntington Beach, California joined the PC in May, 1975 and was assigned to the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity, a non-profit independent agency. Born in Iowa, he received a BA from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from Stanford University. Ron has been a mortgage loan officer and was a financial analyst with North American Aviation and North American Rockwell. At the Barbados Printery Ltd. Ron and managing director Henderson Neblett go over records and discuss plant's productivity.
