PCV Jerry Sibley, 32, of Denver, Colorado, teaches plumbing and welding in the Cenpritec Vocational Institute and helps with the Sandra Smith School Partnership project. Sibley attended the University of Colorado. His wife, Judy, is also a PCV in Bolivia teaching kindergarten at the Sandra Smith School. Here Jerry is shown teaching welding.
