Loring Wagonner, formerly a Peace Corps Volunteer to Brazil now lives in Phone Hong, Laos where Loring works as an AID community development officer. Based on a self-help principle, Loring's programs include the construction of schools, roads, bridges, wells, and dispensaries, and the furthering of agricultural programs.
