This picture was taken at my local market in Burkina Faso. We were celebrating World AIDS Day 2011 by creating a mural with HIV/AIDS prevention images and explaining those images to the public. We played games, asked the audience to explain the images, handed out liquid soap as a motivation for participation and ended with a theatre performance, complete with a condom demonstration! I am asking for volunteers to participate in a condom relay race with my counterpart helping translate into local language. The crowd are lovely people from my village and the surrounding area.
