I took this photo at a ceremony to honor the sewing vocational program in Prey Veng, Cambodia. This program is part of the Female Disabled Federation and builds skills in women with disabilities who were not able to complete higher education. This photo is of the Apsara dance group, a traditional form of dance, after they completed their performance paying respect to the officials at the ceremony.
