PCV Rick Bradshaw, a rural health volunteer, demonstrates the use of a winch to enthusiastic villagers of Nanga, where Rick is organizing a program to construct concrete-walled wells, which will insure the village a clean water supply. The winch will be used to set the cement rings in place.
