PCV James B. Schoeberl, 24, from Joplin, Missouri, is a fishculture volunteer in the Bozum area of C.A.E. He has a B.A. degree in biology from the University of Missouri and worked with the Missouri State Highway Department for four summers. He now works in conjunction with US AID.
