PCV Marie Murphy, a fishculture volunteer, works with her counterpart Agbo Jean-Pierre (in light brown shirt) to harvest alevin, a fish used to stock ponds of private fish pond farmers near Grimari. Here, Marie works with counterpart and station employees to gather fish in nets, weigh and record harvest, place fish in containers for transporting, and release the alevin into the pond of the private porting, and release the alevin into the pond of the private farmer. Marie is one of the first two women fishculture volunteers to work in C.A.R.
