PCV Charles Dower is a member of the well team in Chad. He is checking operation of well in public market in Fort Lamy, capital of Chad. Dowe and other members of the team drill wells (using rigs mounted on trucks) and construct manually-operated pumps (such as the one in this photo) in villages and cities throughout Chad.
