PCV Ron Fiscus works with a health education program in Chad, and specializes in well installation. Here he and a Chadian friend drill holes in borad that will be used as a pump handle. The goal of the well digging team is to install a number of wells in Chad's arid grass lands. There are no rivers in the area.
