This Picture was taken during a Holiday celebrating the Saint Barbara. In Costa Rica, 20 students and 5 adults participated in a monthlong Mask Making workshop. Mask are a tradition of this state of Costa Rica where the Mask Wearers dress up in old women's clothing and old shoes. Out of the 20 students that participated from the elementary school, 6 were photographed and there was a parade and dance to show off the mask with about 18 mask in total. There is one Grandmother in the photograph and the rest are students.
