Richard and Margaret Engroff. PCVs in Daloa, Ivory Coast, are involved in different facets of the health program. Margaret, a graduate of Union Memorial Nursing School works on pediatric nursing. Richard is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and spends much of his time visiting villages and giving health lectures to the people.
