Ghana
This photo was taken at the HoHoe Camp GLOW (Girls Leading Our World) on February 15, 2012, in HoHoe, Volta Region, Ghana. This was a week long camp put on by Volunteers to encourage leadership amongst the twenty junior high and seven senior high girls from our villages. Many of the activities included HIV education including the HIV relay. This station in the relay involved the girls solving a nine piece puzzle to form the HIV awareness ribbon. The girls had a great time using the information they had learned on HIV to compete in this relay. The GLOW Camp was my favorite activity of my Peace Corps service.
