International Day of Peace On International Day of Peace, my English Club students defined what the concept of peace personally meant to them. There were a range of beautiful and poetic responses. Their responses and desires of peace were no different from what anyone anywhere in the world would want - respect, justice, togetherness, human rights, etc. Despite the uniformity in ideas, their message was nevertheless powerful and thought provoking.
