I took this photo on April 7th, 2011 at Aeolus All Age School located in Jamaica. The photo shows a local community artist painting educational murals on newly installed classroom partitions. The SPA classroom partition project's purpose was to create a barrier between classrooms to reduce physical distractions and noise from surrounds classrooms. The murals were created to add permanent education tools for teachers. This particular mural incorporated different aspects of the 3rd grade curriculum including cursive handwriting and different careers choices.
