This photo was taken in May 2013 in Madagascar. It show the end product of my SPA project: food! Fifteen women joined a gardening group to learn about improved agricultural techniques, SPA funds were used to purchase tools and seeds. This photo shows one of the members children and assorted neighbors enjoying some fresh cucumber salad taken straight from the garden.
