On August 8, 2014, the President of Ghana, John Dramami Mahama, met with Peace Corps Senior Advisor Stacy Rhodes for a brief interview about the impact of Peace Corps on the President's life.

The interview was held at The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC where the President was greeted by Peace Corps Chief of Staff Laura Chambers, Senior Advisor Stacy Rhodes, and Africa Regional Director Dick Day. Support staff for the event was Administrative Specialist Michael Johnson, Assistant to the Chief of Staff Colin Jones, Administrative Officer Abdul Bala and Country Desk Officer to Ghana Zachary Rosen. The Peace Corps' Photographer and Digital Specialist Alex Snyder recorded the interview.
