Children from PCV Irving Borden's primary class brush their teeth in a five minute drill every day. Volunteer dentist Carroll Hibbard from Portland, Oregon, one of only three qualified dentists in the whole state of Sabah, has been attempting to utilize PC teachers such as Irv for dental education.
