I took this photo at the May 31, 2014 8th grade graduation ceremony in Micronesia. The photo shows two girls that have completed 8th grade and are being covered in candy and flower leis. With an 8th grade diploma they now have the chance to attend high school on the main island. The school year started with 18 8th grade students by graduation only 14 were still attending school and I am very proud of each and every one of them.
