PCV Michael E. Gill, 23, is a graduate from Villanova University with a B.A. in history. Here he is shown talking with the D.A.D.O (District Agricultural Development Officer) Jugdish Baral as they inspect rice seedlings on the government experimental farm in Janakpur. They are concerned about an insect attack on the seedlings. Gill is working to identify the cause and prevention of a blight, possibly caused by the insects that is hurting the rice seedlings.
