In September, 2013, I served as the mejvare (best man) in my friend, Levan's, wedding. We wore traditional Georgian costumes, called a chokha. They were very hot, but fun to wear and take pictures. I am on the left in the red, and Levan is wearing black. This photo was taken at my site in Abasha, Georgia. At this point, we were waiting to go to the church to perform the actual wedding ceremony. I was honored to take part in such a cool event, and it was an unforgettable experience.
