This picture was taken of my counterpart the ASC of my health hut Aissetta, Fatimata-a matrone from another health hut, and Ndeye Diop-disposaire of Mbane's health post on May 24th, 2013 in the morning. I was participating in my first Polio Vaccine Tournee, where all the Health Huts and Health Posts' staff in my village and the surrounding areas visit hut by hut, giving Polio vaccines and Vitamin A supplements. This picture was taken as we were walking into a remote village in the bush of Northern Senegal. The tournee lasts a whole weekend and it is hard wok, but they never let that stand in the way of their smiles.
