Peace Corps volunteer, Patrick Morrissey (left), is a business advisor for the Central Co-Operative Association, Ltd. in Honaira. The sponser of the program is the Ministry of Foreign Trade, Industry and Labor. Morrissey, 25, from St. Paul, Minnesota, is a 1973 graduate from the College of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Accounting. Here he is expalining new accounting system to an accountant. The accountant represents a company which operates a community sawmill and provides shipping to one of the islands. Morrissey is writing a policies and procedures manual for use by the shipping department of the Co-Op Assn.
