Steven Morse, 29, is based in the capital city of Basseterre where he works on drainage problems, roads, a housing development and a bridge for the Central Housing & Planning Authority. Building this bridge has been a major project. Steve grew up in Arcadia, Calif. He attended Arizona State University, where he studied architecture and civil engineering (no degree).
