I took this photo while the residents of the community in The Gambia completed construction on the solar-powered borehole well on October 4, 2012. The photo shows the Village Development Committee president burying the water pipefor one of the community's five taps. The SPA project gave the village of Jassong access to clean, safe drinking water.
