TUNISIA. PCV Jerry Gavin, of Harvey, Ill., worked as an architedct for three years in Le Kef as a town planner. Because of an old interest in jewelry design dating back to his undergraduate days at the University of Illinois, he then began a jewelry workshop. CARE provides tools for the project. If his ten students are talented enough he hopes to turn them into a producing co-op.
