PCV Sam Montgomery, Jr., 22, a 1971 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in general agriculture, is serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching agriculture at St. Edward's Boys' Senior Secondary School near Bukumi, Uganda. He is shown instructing Stephanie Lulinda, a young student at Kalisizo Girls' Senior Secondary School, where Sam underwent part of his in-country PC training, in poultry raising in a coop made of mud plastered over elephant grass reeds.
