Out in front with the Kigenzi High School Band at Kabali, Uganda, East Africa, is PCV teacher Wanda Gilbert of Augusta Georgia. Wanda teaches French, geography, history and civics to about 80 students at Kigenzi High School. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she carried a double major in modern languages and history.
