This photo was taken during an anti-malaria bike tour in the Guinea on Sunday, May 25th, 2014. This game was crafted to demonstrate to local youth the importance of sleeping under mosquito nets. After they are given their "health" balloons, they are told that they are only safe from the balloon popping mosquito when they're under their nets.
