PCV Tom Fattori, 24, of Woodcliff Lake, N.J. (left) and Kapaleti Tula inspect stalls they built for the animal traction program. Fattori has been responsible for building up and expanding the farm's rabbit and poultry operation. He is also introducing animal traction, does extension work, and helped write a book on how to raise chickens, rabbits and paddy rice in Tshiluba, the local language. Fattori is training Kapaleti to take over as director of the center when his two years of service are up.
