PCV Shannon Hall, 26, of Hickory NC is assigned to the Antigua Training Centre for the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled, which is jointly under the Ministry of Education and the Association for the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled. Her previous experience includes teaching at a pre-school for handicapped children. Here she and co-worker Mrs. Viella Williams plays with youngsters in the center's sandbox.
