PCV Marcia Haddon, 23, is a home economics major who graduated from Michigan State University. She and her husband, Lance live in the village of Chirapaca on Bolivia's Altiplano (literally high plain with an altitude of 13,000 feet) in a three room adobe hut house that they have transformed into a model farmer's house. Here she puts some garlic toast into her "tin can" over that her husband made her out a five gallon oil can. A kerosens burner heats the oven and she bakes such delicacies as apple pies and chocolate cakes in it.
