PCV Marcia Haddon, 23, Kimball of Birmingham, Michigan, is a home economics major who graduated from Michigan, is a home economics major who graduated from Michigan State University. She and her husband, Lance live in the village of Chirapaca on Bolivia's Altiplano (literally high plain which an altitude of 13,000 feet) in a three room adobe hut house that they have transformed into a model's farm house.
