PCV Carolye "Peachy" Olsen of Indian Head, Maryland, works in the Altiplano area (literally high plains with an altitude of some 12,000 feel on agriculture. She lives in the village of Korpa some two hours out of La Paz. Here she works with the farmers in her village on new methods of farming.
