PCV Lance Haddon, 23, is a political science graduate of Michigan State University. Lance and his wife, Marcia, live in the village of Chirapaca about an hour out of La Paz, the capital of Bolivia where they have converted an adobe hut into a model home. Lance teaches modern methods of sheep shearing and farming and his wife teaches homemaking, health, nutrition and cooking to their neighbors in the surrounding villages.
