Girls' Soccer Team Giving A Presentation On Correct Condom Usage To Police Officers In Burkina Faso, my girl's soccer team practiced giving presentations on correct condom usage together before demonstrating their knowledge to the police officers of our community. As part of learning healthy living through sport, condom usage to prevent HIV transmission and other sexually transmitted diseases is part of the lessons I teach the girls during soccer practice. Thanks to a Peace Corps training with "Coaching for Hope," I incorporate soccer drills that teach about HIV transmission prevention and healthy living to my team on a biweekly basis.
