"Be A Force for Change": World AIDS Day 1998, Marigot, Commonwealth of Dominica As part of the December 1, 1998, World AIDS Day Celebration in Marigot, Commonwealth of Dominica, I organized a rally with the schools in the village, the healthcare workers, village leaders, and the villagers celebrating the theme of that year: "Be a Force for Change." This photo shows some of the school children, with the signs that they created, attending the rally after a march through the village.
