"Be A Force for Change": World AIDS Day 1998, Marigot, Commonwealth of Dominica As part of the December 1, 1998 World AIDS Day Celebration in Marigot, Commonwealth of Dominica, I organized a march and rally with the schools in the village, the healthcare workers, village leaders, and the villagers celebrating the theme of that year "Be a Force for Change."
