This photo was taken during a business development activity I lead on June 27, 2014 in El Salvador in which I shared my family's treasured pizza recipe with a local business owner. Niña Orbelina sells bread and pupusas, the national Salvadoran food, out of her adobe house and wanted to try pizza making as a third business venture. We had a great day doing a cost analysis of the ingredients and practicing clean food preparation skills. The photo shows myself and Lady, Niña Orbelina's special needs daughter, kneading pizza dough.
