I took this photo on April 4th, 2010 at Aeolus All Age School located in Jamaica. The photo shows the school cooks preparing lunch for the students. The SPA canteen expansion project's purpose was to create a large sanitary space to allow for quick meal preparation for lunches and the Heart of a Child Foundation’s free breakfast program. The canteen expansion significantly reduced the time for meal preparation allowing student to spend more time in class and increased storage space for essential materials.
